Greg is always seeking new ways to provide better service through software, new product development, recommendations to crop insurance providers, and ventures such as GPS mapping. His knowledge of federal programs, crop insurance options, farming ventures, and marketing, combined with his innovative service make Crop Insurance Services a leader in the insurance field.
Greg uses his expertise and detailed knowledge of crop insurance to develop a plan which best meets the risk management needs of individual clients. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, Greg was raised on a dairy and crop farm in Waseca, Minnesota and actively farmed most of his life.

has been working with crop insurance since 1989. She and her husband Greg have co-owned and operated CIS since its inception in 1990. Currently, Donnette manages all the financial aspects of the business including the accounting. Her duties also consist of underwriting, employee training, company communications, and office management. Donnette established many of the procedures and office policies which ensure a highly organized, efficient operation where all federal deadlines are met, agents and farmers are kept apprised of the constant changes in crop insurance, and necessary documentation is obtained and meticulously maintained. With an avid interest in serving others, she places a strong emphasis on customer service. Donnette is proud of the service that CIS provides its agent and farmers, and she is happy to have been a part of growing CIS into the exceptional organization that it is today. Prior to entering the crop insurance industry, Donnette taught elementary and high school students. Donnette is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. |

has experience working with technology and G.I.S. mapping and has been putting his knowledge to good use at CIS working with our in-house mapping software (AgriMaps). He creates and edits personalized maps for CIS clients and also offers technical support. With Travis’ assistance, the mapping endeavors at CIS help further ensure that your crop insurance policy is set up correctly. Travis has also been working on various IT projects and is exploring new ways to search, sort and utilize client information to benefit each farmer. Travis is innovative and self-motivated and has been learning new ways to apply technology while improving customer service.
Travis has an A.A.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a minor in GIS mapping from South Central College in North Mankato. Travis looks forward to further work in crop insurance, mapping and application of his knowledge and experience to provide enhancements to client maps and our AgriMaps software. |

is a professional bringing to CIS over ten years of experience in managing personnel including training, motivating, scheduling, and evaluating staff. She has strong customer service, problem resolution and computer skills. Lisa graduated from Rasmussen College in the Paralegal program and worked as an intern in a Mankato law office. In addition, she has been employed as a manager in the hospitality and food industry where she assisted customers with their requests, resolved customer concerns, and exceeded company expectations.
With an old-fashioned work ethic, a love of new challenges, the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, her skills are a great asset to CIS, its farm clients and its agents. Lisa serves as administrative assistant and works cooperatively with other staff to assist in all areas of crop insurance. |

comes to CIS with over five years of experience in customer service and management. She has strong customer service, problem resolution and organizational skills. Her former employment includes working as a crop insurance assistant and also as a manager in retail. Jackie was raised on a Minnesota dairy farm and still assists her family with milking and day-to-day farm operations. She loves to bale hay and an 80 hour work week is not uncommon for this farm-girl!
Jackie graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with an Associate’s Degree. With her active knowledge of agriculture, strong work ethic, love of new challenges, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines, her skills are an asset to Crop Insurance Services, its farm clients and agents. In her full-time position with CIS, Jackie will work in all areas of crop insurance including mapping. |
