has been working with crop insurance since 1989. She and her husband Greg have co-owned and operated CIS since its inception in 1990. Currently, Donnette manages all the financial aspects of the business including the accounting. Her past duties consisted of underwriting, employee training, company communications, and office management. Donnette established many of the procedures and office policies which ensure a highly organized, efficient operation where all federal deadlines are met, agents and farmers are kept apprised of the constant changes in crop insurance, and necessary documentation is obtained and meticulously maintained. With an avid interest in serving others, she places a strong emphasis on customer service. Donnette is proud of the service that CIS provides its agent and farmers, and she is happy to have been a part of growing CIS into the exceptional organization that it is today. Although she now works "behind the scenes", she is an integral part of CIS, and the company benefits from her experience and expertise. Prior to entering the crop insurance industry, Donnette taught elementary and high school students. Donnette is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. |
